There is no separate halal shelf here, because the whole catalogue is halal — the veal and the lamb, the chicken, the ground meat and the marinated lines. Nothing sits beside them that is not.
Cut and packed after you order
Nothing is pre-packed days ahead. Your cuts are trimmed, weighed and wrapped once the order reaches the counter, which is why most products let you choose a preparation and leave a note for the butcher. The note is read before the knife goes in.
Same-day delivery, or collect from the counter
Orders go out the same day across Richmond Hill and the surrounding streets. The delivery fee is worked out from your own address at checkout rather than guessed at a flat rate, and store pickup is there if you would rather come for it yourself. Orders of $80 or more can qualify for free delivery — the checkout says what applies to your address.
Questions we are asked
What does “prepared to order” mean?
That the preparation you pick on a product — cubed, minced, butterflied, skewered, wherever each is offered — is done for your order rather than taken off a shelf. If what you want is not in the list, write it in the butcher note and the counter will follow it.
Do you deliver to my address?
Enter your postal code at checkout and the shop prices the trip from the branch your order ships from, or tells you straight away that the address is outside the area we drive to. Delivery is to Ontario addresses.
Can I ask for a particular cut or thickness?
Yes. Each product shows the package weight it is cut to, and the butcher note travels with the order for everything else — thickness, trim, or how you would like the package divided.
